Where can I discover with Three Rivers?
This route is slightly longer at 5 miles and will take approximately 1.5 hours to reach Beccles Quay where you can enjoy ice creams, snacks and a brand new park for the kids. If you would like a lunch stop on this route then you can pull up at The Waveney House Hotel.
You can also paddle onwards to Waveney River Centre which is around 10 miles or 5-6 hours from Three Rivers.
Only a short 30 minute paddle away, The Locks Inn Community Pub is a great place to socialise and catch a drink. They offer delicious food and refreshing drinks, just what you deserve after a great paddling experience. They are a family friendly pub with good food, quality ales from local breweries and host a wide rage of music events.
After passing the Locks Inn, you can paddle a further 3 miles towards Ellingham Mill. This is a very quiet route with fields for scenery. No motorised craft are permitted passed The Locks which gives a lovely quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
Ellingham onwards you can find Outney Meadow where you can get off and and explore what local town Bungay has to offer. Please note there are 2 portages along this route - one before Ellingham Mill and one before Wainford Mill. Three Rivers to Outney Meadow is roughly 6 miles or around 4 hours from us.
